Lirong successfully completed her PhD at i-MEET on 26 June 2026. Her doctoral research focused on scalable manufacturing strategies for flexible perovskite solar modules, aiming to bridge the gap between laboratory-scale innovation and industrial-scale production.

Her work addressed key challenges in roll-to-roll fabrication through interface engineering, multifunctional molecular interlayers, thiol vapor-assisted crystallization control, and scalable hole-transport-layer design. Lirong also demonstrated that symmetrical perovskite solar cell architectures are feasible and can achieve high efficiency, opening a new perspective on device processing and design.

Together, these studies established an integrated strategy to improve the efficiency, stability, and manufacturability of flexible perovskite solar modules. Her research provides practical solutions for high-throughput manufacturing and contributes to the commercialization of next-generation flexible photovoltaic technologies. We warmly congratulate Lirong on this achievement and wish her continued curiosity, lifelong learning, and every success in her future career.
